Background: One of the most effective health interventions to prevent morbidity and mortality during pregnancy and to prepare conditions so that the mother can survive through labor and give birth to a healthy baby is to do prenatal care as early as possible and on a regular basis to the local service unit.

Objective: To determine the relationship between levels of maternal education and family support with K1 visit pregnant women at health centers in the District Awangpone Bone In  Maret - Mei 2013.

Method: This research used is descriptive analytical cross sectional approach, the number of samples used were 58 samples of pregnant women. While the instrument in this study is a questionnaire and checklist sheet with Guttman scale.

Results: The results showed that there is a relationship between the level of maternal education with visits in pregnant women with a K1 value of ρ = 0.025, and no relationship between family support mothers with K1 excursions in pregnant women with a value of ρ = 0.019.

Conclusions and Recommendations: Based on this study is expected an increase in knowledge and motivation of mothers about the benefits of doing the ANC and increase family support for always supporting mothers to implement ANC.
