OBJECTIVE-This  research aimed to analyze the correlation between service quality and satisfaction and the interest of general patient to make use again the service give by MKB Lompoe Health Centre. 

 

METHODS -This research used cross sectional study. The sample consisted of 118. The date were analyzed using chi square.

 

RESULTS - The result show that among the whole independent variables (service quality of administrative official, nurses service quality, and doctor quality service, service quality satisfaction of administration, satisfaction of nurses service and satisfaction of doctor service)on correlation with patients return interest, only satisfaction variable of administration officials service which does not give high significant value.

 

CONCLUSION -Thus, it is suggested to improve administration service quality, nurses and doctor service quality, with add service facilitates, training and study.
