BACKGROUND -The suicide is a phenomenon that is popular nowadays,  many things that affect the occurrence of suicidal behavior such as unmood, history of mental disorders, family support and family history imitate died by suicide.


METHODS -The method used was descriptive analytic cross sectional study design. The population of this study was all patients with depression who were treated and attempted to suicide by the number of 28 respondents. The sampling technique was by total sampling. Analysis was using fisher test, and determine the statistical test to the critical limited alpha = 0:05.


OBJECTIVE -The study aim to determine the predisposing factors that influence suicidal behavior experiments  and  in depressed patients at Special Hospital. 


RESULTS -The results of this study  showed that the respondents  have not  a good mood were high risk of attempted to suicide (58.3%) with a p-value = 0,001 and  respondents who have a mental disorder (36.8% ) with p-value = 0.062.     


CONCLUSION -The conclusion of this study described that a history of unmood and mental disorders have high influence on suicidal behavior experiments. By because it attempted to suicide and  need attention from the hospital, especially in the nursing care menejmen of the clients’ depression, to prevent recurrent suicidal behavior experiments undertaken by patient.
